Our jams are prepared following the simple traditional tuscan recipes using genuine ingredients such as seasoned fruits produced by our lands.
Depending on the period of the year, you can only find certain kinds of jams.
We offer quinces jam, pumpkin jam, plum jam, peach jam, fig jam, khaki jam, cherries jam, and blackberries jam.
The preparation requires attention and care:
Fruits are peeled, crushed and sugared, then are slowly cooked and continuously blended for about two hours.
When the cooking is finished, the jam is divided in hermetically sealed jars which must be boiled for other 30 minutes.
This way we get the jam which makes you taste the flavour of naturally cultivated fruits.
